I’m Tom Versée, founder of Tomasco.

For more than 15 years, I supported young people in a setting of education and performing arts. I’ve challenged them to discover and develop their talents, overcome their fears, and remove limiting beliefs. It gave me a lot of energy and satisfaction to see my students evolve, become more confident, vibrant, and successful.

At the same time, it made me reflect on my own life. I started with asking myself the following questions:

  • How do I want my future life to look like?
  • How do I create a better work-life balance?
  • How can I create fulfillment in all aspects of my life?
  • What gives me energy and what drains it?

And ended up with more questions than answers.
I realized that I was seeking a lot of clarity while living on autopilot. It was time to move on and reinvent myself.

It was the start of my personal journey.

Moving to a new level of life required invoking ‘Ctrl+Alt+Delete’ – A journey about self-exploration and creating life with purpose and confidence.

At first, emotions like fear, anger, and anxiety tried to hold me back. But thanks to a coach, I was able to step out of my comfort zone and enter the path of endless opportunities.

Working with a coach helped me to get rid of limiting beliefs I was holding on to. I came to realize that I could use my years of experience working with people with diverse backgrounds and talents, both at home and abroad, to challenge others to grow, both individually and in teams.
I continue to expand my expertise by becoming an accredited ICF coach, as well as by reading books on relevant topics, listening to podcasts of Amy Cuddy and Tony Robbins, and working with a coach myself.

Research shows that many people pay too little attention to the non-verbal part. Because of this, they miss valuable information that is hidden in the signals of conversation partners. In addition, they leave most of their message to chance, because they have limited awareness of their own body language and its effect.
